We're off to Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany!!! Day 1!

Today me, Rach and Kate were up early and on a plane to Munich in Germany for Oktoberfest!!!!! We were VERY excited!!!

Here's Rachael on the plane.... tired, scared?? Not sure!!!All read to take off!!!Arrival in Munich with funny sign!!!Train to the campsite!!Kate and her new friend on the train!Funny train station names!We dumped our stuff in our tents and then headed straight to Oktoberfest!!!SO much amazing food!!!One of the beer 'tents'!Another beer 'tent'. I dont know why they call them tents cause they're more like buildings!Lunch time first then beer!Mmmmm kranskies!Rach had an obsession with pickles!Then it was into the HB tent to meet one of Kate's mates who had saved us a seat!!!Our new friends.Us and our new friends!Rach and Kate almost at the end of beer 1!! The steins are 1 litre, wooooo!Looking good Kate!They're not both mine!!He had a funny hat!Kate and me with some of our new friends!The hat isnt mine!!The funny hat!!The merchandise lady!Gorgeous Kate, just taking a breather!Kate and me!Me and Rach with our beer wench! She was amazing and looked after us!!Everyone stands on the chairs and sings along to the oompa band, it is SO much fun!!!Time to leave the tent. The girl in the middle was SO unbelievably drunk!!!!Time to move onto another tent and the daylight hurt our eyes!!!Kate and the lady in the toilet! She had a moustache and beard thing happening. Super cool!!Then we moved onto the Lowenbrau 'tent' but we sat outside, you couldnt get near the inside!Our little gang of more new friends!Weird chip things!The snack lady, giant donut things and pretzels, mmmm AMAZING!!!!!And the day turns into night and things turn a bit crazy!We left Oktoberfest that day cause Rachael had her drink spiked (we gound out after the fact) and ended up in a German hospital! Me and Kate went in the ambulance with her- sirens, flashing lights and we even stopped traffic!!!! Rach was ok though, she just took it easy for the next few days. Poor thing :(We all soldiered on though!!!!!! Now.... DAY 2!!!!!!
