At work its a requirement that you bring in cakes for your birthday, soooooo instead of buying store bought ones like everyone else tends to do, I decided to bake mine!! And bake them from scratch too!!! I baked chocolate mud cupcakes with chocolate butter icing and vanilla marshmallow cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies. I had to make enough for 100 people, crazy insane!!!
Kirst, Nic and Louise helped out and Rach came over for a chat and to taste test, she approved!!
