May was another busy month and full of lots of fun times and also some sad goodbyes.

It started off with drinks with everyone from my Turkey trip, we have all become such good mates that we caught up for drinks one night, I have missed them all so it was good fun seeing them all again!!!!

We had Louise's birthday celebrations - a BBQ/ party at our house. I made her cake and I was very proud of how it turned out!! On the same night we also celebrated Louise and Sam's engagement!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYY it's about bloody time Samuel!!!!!

I had a weekend in the Lakes District with Ahilan, Kate, Rach, Sammy and Prince. It was the last holiday we would all have together before Rach and Kate head back to OZ. Their visas are up so they have to leave London :( We had a spectacular weekend and saw some beautiful parts of country England, amazing!!

Other random times in London this month (before my birthday!!!!) were seeing Carl Barron, Rach and Kate's farewell drinks, our last supper with the girls, Sam's birthday and Sam and Louise's London farewell, just to name a few!

Some of you may know Chad Hooper? He's one of the boys Brad went to school with and I think now I see more of Chad than Brad does! Anyways, Chad is in a band in Adelaide called The Touch and they did a UK/ European Tour so me and Shorey went to see them play twice while they were in London! We had such great fun with them all and had some very late nights on school nights but it was worth it!!!

May was also a great month cause Britts arrived from home!!! Britts and Sam came over for 4 weeks and spent about a week and a half in London before and after their whirlwind trip of Europe!! Britts arrived the day before my birthday. That was a happy day and a sad day. Happy because at lunch time I went to Heathrow to pick Britts up and then sad because I was back at Heathrow at 7pm saying goodbye to Rach and Kate.

I was very excited to have Britts in London for my birthday!! We had lunch at a cool pub along the river at Hammersmith and then went to the Chatty- a great pub just up the road from my house that does an excellent Sunday session.

The day after my birthday, I took Britts sightseeing around central London. Then we met Ahilan, Sam and Louise at an Indian restaurant that has amazing food and is almost impossible to get into but Ahilan has connections!!!
