Day 1- TURKEY- Istanbul!!

We're off!!!! 6am flight killed us, the three of us are exhausted but excited about our trip!!

Sleepy eyes- Nat, Kirst and me on the plane!Blueberry muffins for breakfast!Swiss Air have the BEST chocolates! We got 3 each, yessssssssssssssssssssss!!!!View of the swiss alps!!We arrive in Istanbul!!I left the girls at the airport where they were getting picked up by their tour company, lucky things having transfers included. Me however had to navigate my way ALONE on the train and bus to my hotel.

I found the hotel, not without getting a little bit lost first!! And went for a bit of a wander. Turns out i'm sharing a room with a girl from Adelaide! It took us all of about 5 minutes to find out who our mutual friends were- Rach and Kate- my roomy went to uni with them!! Crazy Adelaide is so small!!

It was time for a quick wander before our tour meeting at our hotel.. The blue mosque was amazing!

Then train back to the hotel for our tour meeting.

After the meeting we all headed down to a strip of bars where most of the tour companies brought everyone to have drinks. Along the way we passed the blue mosque again- so pretty at night!!
Jess was there!! She is a tour leader for Fanatics!!I spent most of the night with Cam's mates when i really should have been getting to know my tour group, whoopsy!!

We all bought little Turkish hats, of course mine had to be pink!! Awesome dancing happening around me and Abby!Cameron and me!After a night of dancing and shisha, it was time to head back to the hotel for a wake up call of 5am, eeeeeeeeeeek, 2 and a half hours sleep is the most i will get!!!
