Mum was over here for 2 weeks in total, we had the trip to Austria and Germany right in the middle of it all and the rest of the time was spent in the city which is currently the love of my life; LONDON!! I worked during the day while Mum explored London; St Pauls, Harrods (10 or so odd times?!), Castles and Palaces and shopping, were all on mum's agenda.

Jack the Ripper Tour
Jack the Ripper is the best known name given to an unidentified serial killer who was active in the largely impoverished areas in and around the Whitechapel district of London in 1988. Attacks ascribed to the Ripper typically involved female prostitutes from the slums whose throats were cut prior to abdominal mutilations. The removal of internal organs from at least three of the victims led to proposals that their killer possessed anatomical or surgical knowledge. As the murders were never solved, the legends surround them became a combination of genuine historical reserach, folklore and pseudohistory.

And then the next day... Mumsy flew back home to Adelaide and left me with an amazing 2 weeks of memories and some very special mother daughter time that I am so happy we got to experience together.
