We arrived into Munich after an hour or so on the train from Salzburg, checked into our not so amazing accommodation and headed out for a pork knuckle for dinner! We had all been raving to mum and dad about how amazing the pork knuckle is at the beer houses in Munich, so I just had to make sure she experienced it!!! We ate at Augustiner and it was INCREDIBLE, given really!!

The next morning, we were up early and ready to head to the small town
of Fussen to check out the amazing Neuschwanstein Castle. |

We went for a tour inside the castle but unfortunately we were not allowed to take photos. Booooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
It was so pretty though- lots of gold, solid wood, 4 poster beds etc, unreal!! For photos of the inside of the castle, check out this link- Pics of the inside of the castle.
After an absolutely sensational day checking out the castle, me and mum hopped on the 3 hour train back to Munich, picked up our bags and headed to the airport, time to head back to London. An amazing trip with my dearest Mumsy that I will never ever forget. Love you Mum!!!
