Day 3- EGYPT- Aswan

We arrived in Aswan after our verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry long train ride and it was hot hot hot!!! I didnt sleep a wink on the train so I just wanted to sleep. But didnt!! We checked into the hotel, had a shower and headed out into the sunshine to check out the markets!!Lisa and Nic!Spices are everywhere in the markets- i bought some peppermint so when we go back to London we can make yummy peppermint tea!!The markets sold clothes, carpets, curtains, basically anything and everything!! They tried to entice you into their shops by saying to us- we pay you to look. HA!! I dont think so!!!Shopping up a storm made us hungry so Lisa, Ginny, Me, Nic, Emma and John headed to an Egyptian restaurant for some lunch!!!Look at all that food!! I had lamb, mmmmmmm!!!!After lunch we decided to retire to the roof top of our hotel for a coca cola and some shisha!! Ahhhhhh this is the life!!The view of the street below us...The Nile!!!Nic's first shisha!! For those of you who dont know shisha is a water pipe that you smoke flavoured tobacco through. We had apple flavour!!Then it was time to head to dinner!! We boarded our boat and chugged along the Nile until we arrived at a traditional Nubian restaurant.The restaurant was so pretty!Dinner was amazing and there was SO much food, they really over feed you here!!!!Then it was time for traditional Nubian dancing. The dancers got some of the people from our tour up dancing too!Twinne got pulled up on stage!!!The dinner and dancing was great, we all had a really fun night!! We got the boat back to our hotel and then went straight to bed because we had to be up REALLY early tomorrow- our wake up call is at 2:30am, eeeeeeeeeeeeek!!! But it will be SO worth it!!!!
