There were around 550 people there which was just one department of Arup! They provided a delicious buffet for dinner and the most AMAZING chocolate dessert!!! Arup are so generous- they put the Christmas party on for all staff for free and if you wanted to bring your partner it was only £10, so of course Byron came along too!! Not like scabby Charles Sturt who give us $20 a head towards a lunch/dinner!!Here are some photos of me and Byron at the dinner-
After dinner was over it was time for everyone to hit the dancefloor!! Byron bought a wooden tie for the occasion and he seems to think that it stole the show! I dont think it quite made that big of an impression but lots of people were fascinated by it, was quite funny!! Here he is showing off the abilities of the wooden tie! (What a nerdberger!!)
Dance floor time- me with Chrissi and James- two of the people I work with. Chrissi is one of the other PA's and James is a pre-uni whipper snapper!

We all had a great night dancing and having a few drinkys! It was SOOOO much fun!!! The party finished at around 12ish I think... I was a little bit drunkies on the red wine!! So at this stage we decided to go home because I dont think I could have lasted much longer!!! See?!!!!

See?!!!!We ended up getting a cab home and I passed out, I mean fell asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow!! The next morning I was feeling very very ill- my head felt like it had been run over by a truck and then it reversed back over it again to finish me off!! SOOOO SORE!!! Oh well, it was a great night so it was worth it!!!!
