Which that reminds me i havent scratched them yet!!! And also a very cute card with some very thoughtful words inside....
Plus Byza bought me/ us.... a trip to Spain for a week to go to Running of the Bulls Festival!!!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYY I am SOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!
Here is the tour itinerary:
Saturday 4 July
Welcome to Pamplona! Arrival transfers from the Pamplona Bus Station to Fanatics Pamplona Campsite are now available for booking. See "Campsite Transfers" for booking details & departure times. Our Pamplona campsite is also accessible by Taxi (approx €20 from Pamplona Bus or Train stations) - campsite directions will be emailed and placed online approximately two weeks before the tour.
This afternoon we will have shuttles running back to town for our orientation walks along the bull run course after which there will be time to sample some of Pamplona's tapas bars before the San Fermin crowds arrive tomorrow.
Tonight the bar at our campsite will in full swing in anticipation of this year's festival!
Sunday 5 July
Today is our day trip to San Sebastian heading off at 9:30am. It's an awesome day out and a must-see part of Spain - pre-bookings essential, see website for details (£20pp).
For those of you not going to San Sebastian, today gives you a chance to check out Pamplona's historic town centre and pick up some souvenirs as well as your San Fermin whites. This afternoon we will again have coach shuttles running between town and camp as well as our bull run orientation walks.
Tonight we get into the fiesta spirit with hundreds of fellow Fanatics passengers at our campsite. Our live band will be playing into the night for what is always a massive night at the campsite on the eve of San Fermin.
Monday 6 July
This morning our coaches transfer everyone into town. The festival begins today with a bang as the massive champagne opening ceremony party rages throughout the streets of the old town. This is simply the biggest party you’ll ever see.
Shuttles return to camp this afternoon for a well earned freshen up and swim in the campsite pool.
Tuesday 7 July
Start stretching! The shuttle coaches head off bright and early this morning for the short ride into town and the traditional first running on the 7th of the 7th. Get ready for all the madness as the bulls are released in pursuit of hundreds of sangria-inspired young men legging it through the narrow streets to the main arena.
After the bull run our shuttles return you to camp where breakfast will be served. The day presents a great chance to grab a siesta, take a dip in the pool, work on the long overdue sun-tan and enjoy mixing with your fellow travellers...the buzz at camp is superb.
For those who haven't been to San Sebastian our Coach Day Trip today would be an excellent option. Bookings can be made online under 'DAY TRIPS'.
Then it's time to jump on board our evening transfers into town ready for the huge nightly fiesta including street parties, a massive fireworks display, and loads of tapas bars pumping out the tunes. With literally hundreds of Fanatics t-shirts dotted around the old town you'll have no problem spotting your fellow travellers and getting stuck into the party in a big way.
Our shuttles operate till late in the night (1.30am) allowing you to get stuck right into the party atmosphere in Pamplona. Then head back to camp for a few hours sleep before we rise and shine early again for our shuttles into town for tomorrow's second bull run.
Wednesday 8 July
Our shuttles head into town for the second running of the bulls and this time you’ll be there with a trained eye. It’s a great chance to experience the running from a different vantage point and catch the thrills and spills of all the carnage.
Our shuttles then return you to camp for breakfast plus a freshen up & dip in the pool. Check out today and continue your own travel arrangements - see at the Pamplona tour reunion in London!
