We went past King William Street on the bus, which we were excited about cause we have a King William Street in Adelaide!!!
And then we arrived at the Borough Markets!! And today I decided to take photos cause I realised of the many many times i have been, I have never taken photos there!!!Mmmmm Paella, one of my absolute favourite Spanish dishes (I'm a little obsessed!!)
Just about to enter the busyness of the markets...
And we're here!! And this lovely lady is just making our grilled cheese sandwich!!!
Matt eating the greatest sandwich on the face of this earth!!!
We eat our sandwiches and then go for a stroll through the markets to see what yummy goodies we can find!! Our first stop was a fresh juice bar, mmmm yummy!!!The general scene of the markets...
Lots of fresh food, veggies, cheese, baked goods, mmmmmmmm!!!
The famous chocolate brownie!! They are amazing!! I got one and me and Matty went halves! We couldnt eat it right away though cause we were so full from our cheese sandwiches and fresh juice!!
The markets...
We found Coopers beer!! What a find!! it was however £9 for a long neck bottle which is quite rich really!!! £20 Aussie dollars later!!!
Mmmm turkish delights!! We bought a big bag for dad!! They had all different flavours! One of my favourites was mint!!
Mmmmm lots of stuff covered in chocolate!! And from this stand we bought mum a bag of different mixed bits and pieces!!
Dried fruit- delicious!!
Beautiful flowers!!
Heading into more markets where the fresh fruit and veggies are- its insanely busy in that part!
Then it was time to hop on the tube and head to Leicester Square to buy some theatre tickets for tonight!! We narrowed it down to Grease, Blood Brothers or Thriller!!!
We had a wander around Leicester Square at the different theatre ticket booths and finally decided on Grease!! So we're off to the theatre, oooh ahhhh!!! By this stage it was mid afternoon and Matt's pain was getting a little worse, so we headed off home so he could rest for a couple of hours before GREASE!!!!!
