A sunny day in Oxford!

Today me and Nicole headed to Windsor to visit her Contiki friends. One of the girls Michelle lives and works at a pub in Windsor and Kate and Amy were travelling around so they all organised a bit of a reunion and I tagged along!! They are all great girls and we had a great day. The aim of today was not to do any sight seeing, just to purely catch up and as Nicole put it "get drunk!" And after the week I have had, I certainly didn't disagree!

Me and Nicole hopped on a bus at Shepherds Bush and headed out to Windsor- it only took just over an hour to get there and we arrived around lunchtime. We met the girls and went for a wander around and saw the Oxford Castle...Me and Nic at Oxford Castle! As we were wandering around we saw this bus- we all got quite excited!

Then we decided to go for a bit of a paddle on the river!! Here's Nic and Michelle.

The 4 of us paddlers!We got stuck on something in the middle of the river- no one was around!! I thought it was funny, Kate and Amy thought it was sad!!!We paddled for about an hour, then had enough! So it was then time to head to the pub!!!

Then we had a walk through the countryside to the pub Michelle works and lives at!! Michelle's home!

We had an amazing dinner at Michelle's pub, ohhh so yummy!!! I liked the duck....

Nope didn't like it! Then night falls and we move on from the Pimms and wine and onto cocktails!!

Then at around 2ish, we decided it was time to head back to London, so me and Nic hopped on the bus and slept the whole way back to Shepherds Bush!!! Had a really fun day with lots of giggles and smiles!!!
